The World Health Organization warned on Saturday that the closure of hospitals in the Gaza Strip would have dire consequences for patients and the injured.
In a statement, the organization said that Nasser Medical Complex and al-Amal Hospital in the Gaza Strip are at risk of being shut down.
It called for urgent protection to ensure they remain available and safe.
The WHO also called for the immediate and expedited entry of essential medicines and medical supplies into Gaza.
