Gaza - Saba:
The death toll from Israeli enemy shelling this morning and Saturday morning in several areas of the Gaza Strip has risen to 22.
The Palestinian Wafa News Agency reported that 12 Palestinian citizens were killed and more than 40 others were injured as a result of the Israeli shelling of the tents of displaced persons west of Khan Yunis, including four members of one family (the father, mother, and their two sons).
Wafa added that seven other Palestinian citizens were killed when the Israeli enemy shelled a house housing displaced persons west of Gaza City.
The agency also reported that five Palestinian citizens were killed and others were injured by Israeli army fire near an aid center west of Rafah.
The agency noted that the number of martyrs killed by Israeli enemy fire while trying to obtain food since the 27th of last month until today has reached 115, with more than 580 wounded, and nine missing.
On the first day of Eid al-Adha, 33 citizens were killed in Israeli airstrikes and shelling on several areas in the Gaza Strip.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli enemy has committed crimes of genocide in the Gaza Strip, leaving more than 180,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing.
Hundreds of thousands have been displaced, and famine has claimed the lives of many, including children, as well as widespread destruction.
