Russian Duma: Zelenskyy, in his struggle for power, has made terrorism state ideology
[06/ June/2025]
Moscow - Saba:

Russian Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has asserted that Vladimir Zelenskyy, who has lost his legitimacy, has made terrorism the state ideology of the Kyiv regime.

Volodin wrote on his Telegram channel, according to Sputnik: "Zelenskyy, who has lost his legitimacy and is fighting for personal power, has made terrorism the state ideology of the Kyiv regime."

He pointed out that Zelenskyy bears personal responsibility for the terrorist attacks that have killed civilians.

According to Volodin, the leader of the Kyiv regime does not need peace and does not care about the citizens of Ukraine and the country's future.

The Russian Duma Speaker said: "This outgoing leader wants to remain in power by any means and at any cost, clinging to it."

Volodin explained that the parliaments of European countries must recognize their responsibility for Zelenskyy's actions, which he largely carries out with their approval or acquiescence.

The Speaker of the Russian Duma confirmed that Zelenskyy "will be held accountable for targeting civilians."

The Russian Investigative Committee announced last Tuesday that the bombings of railway infrastructure in the Bryansk and Kursk regions on the night of May 31 to June 1 were classified as terrorist acts, noting that the perpetrators planned these attacks, on instructions from Kyiv, to target hundreds of civilians in the two regions.

During the night of May 31 to June 1, a bridge collapsed on a passenger train in Bryansk region, and a railway bridge collapsed as a freight train passed over it in Kursk region, as a result of the bombings. The explosions killed seven people and injured 113 others.

For his part, Russian President Vladimir Putin asserted that all the crimes committed against civilians on the eve of the second round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine were aimed at disrupting the negotiation process, noting that the Kyiv authorities lack the most basic level of political culture.
