Ramallah – SABA:

The Palestinian Information Center “Ma’ta” recorded 32 Palestinian resistance acts in the West Bank over the past 48 hours, targeting Israeli occupation soldiers and Zionist settlers, resulting in the injury of one settler.

In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the center explained that the resistance acts included the detonation of 17 explosive devices, 5 Molotov cocktails, 8 confrontations involving stone-throwing, one armed clash, one shooting, and one repelling of settlers.

The center stated that confrontations broke out in the towns of Sinjil (Ramallah), Azzun (Qalqilya), Jericho, Beit Furik, Askar Camp (Nablus), and Beit Ummar (Hebron), where young Palestinians used stones and Molotov cocktails to resist Israeli occupation forces’ incursions.

It pointed out that the town of Silat al-Dhahr in Jenin witnessed armed clashes, where resistance fighters used 15 explosive devices to target Israeli occupation forces during their incursion.

“Ma’ta” explained that resistance fighters threw an explosive device at Israeli forces during confrontations on the hill of Askar Camp in Nablus, while five Molotov cocktails were thrown at settler vehicles near the town of Huwara, resulting in the injury of one settler.

The West Bank continues to witness incursions by the Israeli occupation army into Palestinian areas, met with an escalation in resistance operations by Palestinians.
