New York - Saba:
The hunger strike by City University of New York students has entered its seventh consecutive day, an ongoing protest demanding an end to the university's support for companies involved in the aggression on Gaza.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the number of supporters and visitors who have flocked to the university's center has increased over the past few days, and the sit-in has transformed into a vibrant arena of activities, seminars, and interventions in support of the Palestinian cause.
The strikers discussed demanding that the government school pension fund divest from institutions and companies operating in or supporting Israel, and to raise funds for families and households in the Gaza Strip.
