Gaza - Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, condemned the brutal massacre committed by the fascist Zionist enemy army, which targeted thousands of Palestinian citizens who had headed to an aid distribution center west of Rafah, according to the occupation's mechanism.
This resulted in the deaths of more than 35 martyrs and the wounding of more than 150 others.
The movement said in a statement carried by the Yemeni Saba News Agency that this massacre reveals the fascist nature of the enemy and its criminal objectives behind this mechanism. It uses the centers under its control as traps to lure innocent hungry people, practicing the most heinous forms of killing, humiliation, and abuse against them.
The movement stated that, at dawn today, thousands of citizens, suffering under the burden of an unprecedented crime of genocide and starvation, headed to the aid receiving area in response to an announcement and call issued by the enemy army, before brutally opening fire on them, in a blatant confirmation of the enemy's premeditated intent to commit this crime.
The movement held the Zionist enemy, along with the US administration, fully responsible for the massacres committed at the sites where the occupation's aid distribution mechanism is implemented, and for the use of starvation as a weapon of war against the Palestinian people.
The movement called on the United Nations and its institutions, primarily the UN Security Council, to take urgent and binding decisions that compel the enemy to halt this bloody mechanism, open the Gaza Strip crossings immediately, and ensure the flow of humanitarian aid through approved UN agencies.
The movement called on the United Nations to form an independent international investigation committee and enter the Gaza Strip to investigate these systematic crimes against civilians and hold those responsible accountable as war criminals.
