The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) holds the Zionist enemy and the US administration fully responsible for the new massacre that claimed the lives of dozens of Palestinian martyrs while they were on their way to receive aid in the Al-Mawasi area, south of Rafah.
The PFLP said in a statement on Sunday that what happened constitutes a full-fledged war crime and once again reveals the nature of the Zionist project based on genocide, which has transformed the so-called "safe corridors" into mass execution areas, luring hungry and displaced crowds to be slaughtered in cold blood, in full view of the entire world and with direct American participation.
The Front added, "We have repeatedly warned that the so-called humanitarian corridors are nothing but criminal Zionist tools in the ongoing crime of genocide."
It considered the targeting of the starving in this brutal manner to be crimes whose heinousness surpasses that witnessed in Nazi and fascist camps.
The Front called for urgent international and Arab intervention to stop this ongoing massacre and impose strict accountability mechanisms on the criminal enemy, in addition to breaking the siege immediately.
It called for the cessation of the so-called "safe corridors" and the return of aid distribution through approved international institutions, most notably UNRWA.
