Hamas affirmed on Thursday that the two massacres committed by the Zionist enemy army in al-Bureij refugee camp and al-Saraya Junction in central Gaza City embody the genocide carried out by the enemy in cold blood.
Hamas said in a statement, "The criminal Zionist enemy army continues to commit heinous massacres against innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip. Over the past few hours, it targeted a crowded residential area in al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, and a massacre against a number of police officers and citizens at al-Saraya Junction in central Gaza City, in addition to its direct targeting of homes and tents of displaced persons."
It added: "This resulted in the deaths of dozens of martyrs, most of them children and women, in a scene that embodies the chapters of genocide carried out by the enemy in cold blood."
It considered that this ongoing bloody escalation clearly confirms the enemy's terrorist government's continued implementation of a policy of ethnic cleansing and forced displacement, as part of a systematic plan to empty Gaza of its people, in blatant defiance of all humanitarian conventions, norms, and international laws.
Hamas concluded its statement by calling on Arab and Islamic countries, and all free people of the world, to shoulder their moral and humanitarian responsibilities and take urgent action to halt these brutal massacres, end the crime of genocide, and support the Palestinian people's legitimate right to freedom and self-determination.
