
Sana'a (Saba) – Anas Sufyan, Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development and Head of the National Team for Simplifying Transaction Procedures and Improving the Quality of Public Services, inspected the work of field teams evaluating service delivery centers in a number of central and local public service units in the capital, Sana'a.
Sufyan reviewed the progress of the inspection and evaluation process targeting service centers, mechanisms, and manuals, the first phase included 15 public service units and was implemented by joint evaluation teams from the Prime Minister's Office, the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption, the Central Organization for Control and Accounting, the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development, and the security services.
