Deputy Health Minister visits health centers in Sharis, Hajjah

Hajjah - Saba:

The Deputy Ministry of Health and Environment, Dr. Mohammed Al-Mansour, and the Director of the Health Office in Hajjah Governorate, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kohlani, reviewed the progress of work at the health center in the Shar's District and the diarrhea treatment center in Hajjah City.

The Deputy and the Director of the Health Office listened to an explanation from the Director of the Health Branch in Shar's, Dr. Ahmed Al-Mahdali, about the center's workflow, the level of discipline, the challenges faced, and the needs necessary to improve service provision.

The Deputy Ministry explained that the purpose of the visit was to identify the challenges faced, determine the need for medicines and medical supplies, and overcome obstacles.

Al-Mansour and Al-Kahlani, along with the Director of the City District, Issam Al-Wazzan, also reviewed the progress of work at the city's diarrhea treatment center. They heard from the Director of the Health Branch, Dr. Abdul-Razzaq Abu Salem, about the level of diarrhea treatment services, the number of visitors during the past period, the challenges faced, and ways to overcome them.

Dr. Al-Mansour emphasized that the Ministry is making every effort to strengthen institutional work, improve services, and build the capacity of health personnel in the governorate in various health programs, especially maternal and child programs.

For his part, Dr. Al-Kohlani commended the Ministry's efforts in supporting health facilities and programs in the governorate, ensuring the continued provision of medical services, especially in light of the current circumstances facing the country.

The Deputy Ministry, along with the Director of the Governorate's Health Office, discussed the difficulties facing the diarrheal disease awareness team in several directorates. They emphasized the importance of awareness and health education on ways to prevent all diseases.
