Dhamar (Saba) – The Subcommittee for Summer Activities and Courses in Dhamar Governorate organized a Scout Parade for students of the Model Summer Schools, in the presence of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai.
