Beirut - (Saba):
Twenty-five years after the victory of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, led by Hezbollah, achieved on May 25, 2000, the heroic deeds of the resistance heroes in the Gaza Strip are evident, confirming that the resistance project, which this victory created, continues.
The next liberation will be in Palestine, and the banner of the martyred leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah will remain raised on the shoulders of the resistance fighters until the end of the Zionist occupation and the planting of the banners of victory in occupied Palestine, from the sea to the river.
Yesterday, the Lebanese celebrated the 25th anniversary of the great historic victory of liberating the southern lands and cleansing them of the filth of the Zionist enemy, which occupied them in 1978.
On the anniversary of the victory of the resistance in Lebanon, the defeat of the Zionist entity, and its humiliating flight from the land of the resistant south, it can be said that the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon has opened a new dawn with its victory. This victory marked a pivotal and important milestone in the history of the Palestinian cause, inspiring and motivating the resistance to move forward in confronting the Zionist enemy.
The blood of martyrs and martyrs, shed on Lebanese soil to achieve the victory of May 25, returns today as a beacon for Palestinian resistance fighters, armed to the teeth in the face of the enemy army, armed with the latest weapons and killing machines.
This means that Hezbollah, which offered blood, spirit, and leaders during the Flood March, has become, with its victory, an inspiration to Palestinian resistance fighters who have embraced the message of the Lebanese resistance's victory and realized that they are facing an occupier that pays no attention to anyone except those who believe in resistance and understand the culture of dignity and defiance.
The legendary battles of steadfastness in the Gaza Strip brought to mind the deterrent equation imposed by the Lebanese resistance during that victory. This victory provided organic support for the Palestinian resistance movement, enabling it today to persevere, confront, and achieve victories against the Zionist enemy army, after inflicting defeat after defeat in the "Al-Aqsa Flood" battle, which has been ongoing for more than 19 months.
On this anniversary, the Political Bureau of Ansar Allah affirmed that the victory of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance on May 25, 2000, represented a significant strategic shift in the context of the Arab and Islamic struggle against the Zionist enemy.
In a statement marking the 25th anniversary of Resistance and Liberation, it expressed its warmest congratulations and blessings to the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, and the Lebanese people.
The statement noted that the 25th anniversary of the Resistance and Liberation Day culminated in the humiliating defeat of the Zionist enemy and its expulsion from southern Lebanon. It indicated that, with the victory of the mujahideen in Hezbollah, the Arab and Islamic nation regained confidence in itself, its people, and its own capabilities.
Ansar Allah's politician explained that Hezbollah's victory over the enemy in 2006 drew the lines of new equations and rules of engagement with the enemy entity.
The statement renewed the pledge of loyalty to Hezbollah and the resistance, following in the footsteps of the martyred leaders, foremost among them the martyr of Islam and humanity, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah (may God be pleased with him).
The Ansar Allah Political Bureau affirmed solidarity with Lebanon and the Islamic Resistance, condemning the ongoing Zionist violations and attacks against Lebanese territory and sovereignty.
It called on all Lebanese parties to learn from the lessons of history, which confirmed that Lebanon's strength was and will remain in its honorable resistance and its weapons, which constitute a deterrent balance against the Zionist enemy.
On the occasion of the Resistance and Liberation Day, the culmination of a resistance campaign that humiliated the Zionist enemy and shattered its prestige, Palestinian factions extended their sincere congratulations to the Lebanese people on the occasion of Resistance and Liberation Day. This day marks the day the Zionist enemy's army was defeated in 2000, dragging its tails of disappointment and defeat from most of the Lebanese territories in southern Lebanon.
In this regard, Hamas spokesman Jihad Taha expressed his "most sincere congratulations and blessings to our brothers in Lebanon, the government, the people, and the resistance, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the withdrawal of the Zionist occupation from southern Lebanon," describing it as "a major national occasion, a pivotal moment in the history of resistance and liberation in the region."
Taha affirmed Hamas's "full solidarity with Lebanon in the face of repeated Zionist attacks," saying, "With the ongoing Zionist aggression against Lebanese territory, we declare our solidarity and full support for our brothers in Lebanon in the face of these repeated Zionist attacks and daily violations targeting Lebanese areas."
He pointed out the movement's "keenness to strengthen and forge the best relations with our brothers in Lebanon at all levels," adding, "We adhere to the deep relationship that unites the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples in the face of all the challenges lurking on both fronts."
He called for "a Palestinian vision and a Lebanese-Palestinian strategy through which all issues related to the Lebanese and Palestinian arenas can be addressed."
For its part, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement congratulated the Lebanese people and the brothers in the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Resistance and Liberation Day.
In a statement, the movement stated that "this great achievement would not have been possible without the steadfastness and great sacrifices made by the Lebanese people and the resistance forces, foremost among them the brothers in Hezbollah."
It expressed its "full confidence that resistance is the only way to preserve dignity, protect the homeland, and defeat the occupation."
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, for its part, extended its "warmest congratulations and blessings to the brotherly Lebanese people and to the resistance forces, foremost among them Hezbollah, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Resistance and Liberation Day."
In a statement, it stated that "this glorious day marks a turning point in the history of the Arab-Zionist conflict and proves that resistance is the most effective and efficient way to defeat the occupation and regain rights."
It commemorated "the souls of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the homeland."
