Occupied Quds – Saba:
The attacks by Israeli settlers against Palestinians and merchants in the Old City of occupied Quds escalated today, Monday, coinciding with the Israeli "Flag March" marking the anniversary of Quds's occupation.
The Israeli National Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, along with thousands of settlers, stormed Damascus Gate in occupied Quds, waving Israeli flags and performing provocative dance circles in the area.
Participants raised racist and inflammatory slogans, including: "1967—Al-Quds is in our hands... 2025—Gaza will be in our hands," and chanted: "Let’s level Gaza to the ground," and "Muhammad is dead, let Shuafat burn," while insulting the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family.
According to the Palestinian news agency "Safa," the Israeli Flag March started from West Quds, passing through Damascus Gate in occupied Quds, then continued towards Lions' Gate, reaching the Buraq Plaza near Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The agency added that a number of participants stormed Damascus Gate into the Old City, then advanced through Al-Wad Street until reaching the Buraq Plaza.
It further reported that settlers brutally assaulted Palestinians, including elderly, women, children, and youths, in various neighborhoods of the Old City. They also attacked merchants, shops, and street vendors, seizing goods from market stalls.
