Dhale'e (Saba) – Acting Governor of Dhale'e, Abdul Latif Al-Shagdari, confirmed that the Sana'a-Aden road via Al-Dhale'e is unilaterally open, in accordance with the directives of the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the political and military leadership.
