HR minister inspects work at New Sana'a, Public Funds Courts

Sana'a - Saba:

Minister of Justice and Human Rights Judge Mujahid Ahmed on Monday inspected the newly established New Sana'a Primary Court and Public Funds Court in Sana'a governorate.

Accompanied by judicial and local officials, the minister reviewed the performance levels and the modern technical and office equipment provided by the Ministry of Justice, aiming for these courts to serve as models of fully automated technology.

The Minister affirmed that the courts would receive adequate administrative and technical staff to effectively resolve disputes, ensure justice, and protect public funds.

He urged the court chairmen to commence case adjudication and implement modern technologies to streamline judicial processes for citizens. Local authorities pledged to remove any administrative obstacles.

Judge Mujahid emphasized the need to complete the technical setup for the Governorate's Public Funds Court and a planned criminal court. He praised the cooperation between the Court of Appeal and local authorities in strengthening the rule of law.

The Minister stated that the visit aligns with the Ministry's efforts to monitor the progress of new courts and meet their needs under the Judicial Development Plan, which seeks to enhance justice services and promote integrity and efficiency within the judiciary.
