An Israeli court on Sunday rejected an appeal to commute the sentence of 14-year-old Palestinian child prisoner Mohammed Al-Zalbani from Al-Quds.
Al-Quds Governorate confirmed in a statement that the Israeli court also refused to count the two years Al-Zalbani spent in Israeli prisons toward his total 18-year sentence.
