Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Nabeeh Abu Shusaa and the Chairman of al-Wahda Club in the capital Sana'a Amin Juma'an on Sunday honored the winners of the Ninth al-Wahda Summer Forum for Sports and Cultural Competitions, which saw the participation of over 1,000 young athletes.
The forum included football, basketball, and equestrian tournaments, as well as competitions in Quran memorization, poetry, and Quranic culture.
At the closing ceremony, Abu Shusaa praised al-Wahda Club's role in youth development and encouraged other clubs to learn from their example. The Chairman of al-Wahda Club congratulated the winners, noting that the forum's conclusion coincided with the club's 70th anniversary and Yemen's 35th National Day. He affirmed the club's commitment to continuous improvement.

Abdullah Obaid, Director of the Youth and Sports Office in the Capital Sana'a, highlighted the club's consistent organization of youth events, which helps in discovering young talents.
