The Subcommittee for Summer Activities in Al-Bayda Governorate organized a closing ceremony for its summer programs, featuring a large scout performance by students.
During the event, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Mohammed Al-Mawlid, emphasized the importance of these courses in instilling correct religious principles and moral values. He warned against "soft warfare" targeting the awareness of younger generations and praised the success of the programs in graduating students equipped with Quranic knowledge and practical skills.
For his part, Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris highlighted the role of these courses in building a Quran-conscious generation, strengthening faith-based identity, and raising awareness about critical issues facing the Muslim world—foremost among them, the Palestinian cause.
Students presented scout and cultural performances, showcasing their acquired skills and the benefits of the summer programs. The displays were well-received by attendees, including governorate officials, district representatives, and organizing bodies.
