Russia announced on Friday that it had returned 270 military personnel and 120 civilians held captive by Ukraine in exchange for the release of an equal number of people held by Moscow. This exchange was announced earlier by US President Donald Trump.
The Russian Defense Ministry said via Telegram, "270 Russian military personnel and 120 civilians, including civilians from the Kursk region captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, have returned from territories controlled by the Kyiv regime."
