A preparatory meeting was held in the capital's secretariat for the expanded forum of the Madhhaj tribe, with the aim of strengthening its presence in internal and external developments.
The meeting, which was attended by members of the House of Representatives and the Shura Council, a number of provincial representatives, directors of districts, and social figures, announced the readiness of the Madhhaj tribes to support the Gaza fronts and confront any aggression against the homeland.
The meeting participants called on those who had been deceived to return to the homeland, close ranks, and unify efforts to confront the Israeli enemy, emphasizing the importance of national unity in facing fateful challenges.
They emphasized the need to organize tribal meetings and rallies at the governorate and district levels to raise military readiness and mobilize to fight the decisive battle against the forces of evil, their tools, and their sponsors.
The meeting statement approved the formation of a preparatory committee and secretariat to follow up on the implementation of the meeting's outcomes and coordinate with local authorities, general mobilization officials, social officials, and the Tribal Cohesion and Tribal Affairs Council at the governorate, district, and district levels. The sheikhs of the Madhhaj tribe emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation with other Yemeni tribes.
During the meeting, Dhamar Governor Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti emphasized the importance of forming a preparatory committee whose members represent the various governorates in which the Madhhaj tribe is located. This will ensure comprehensive representation and enhance the tribe's cohesion and unify its vision in preparation for the expanded forum.
For his part, the commander of the Al-Wahhabi Brigades, Major General Bakil Al-Wahhabi, reviewed the military and social contributions of the Madhhaj tribe and the pivotal role it has played throughout history.
He emphasized that the Madhhaj tribe has offered convoys of martyrs in defense of religion and homeland since 2015, in addition to its leadership in various stages of the nation's history.
