Paris - (Saba):
Paris Orly Airport in the French capital resumed normal operations on Monday evening, after a technical glitch in its control system caused widespread disruptions and led to the cancellation of some flights.
The French Ministry of Transport and the National Civil Aviation Authority expect the flight schedule to fully return to normal by Tuesday.
It is worth noting that authorities restricted air traffic following the technical glitch on Sunday afternoon, significantly reducing the number of flights. This resulted in the cancellation of 40% of flights on Sunday and 15% of flights on Monday, in addition to a number of delayed flights for passengers.
