Researcher Naji Ali Ali Al-Rubaai has earned a Master’s degree with honors for his thesis in Private Law, titled "Hijr (Legal Interdiction) and Its Impact on Transactions: A Comparative Jurisprudential Study with Yemeni and Egyptian Civil Law", from the Yemeni Academy for Graduate Studies.
The discussion and evaluation committee, chaired by Dr. Huda Al-Ammad, Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence at Sana’a University, and comprising Dr. Hassan Abdo Al-Saraji (thesis supervisor) and Dr. Muthhar Muhammad Allamah, Associate Professor of Civil Law at Sana’a University (as examiner), praised the content of the thesis and the results it achieved.
