Beirut – Saba:
Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem has emphasized the importance and uniqueness of the life of the late Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi.
On the first anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyed Raisi and his companions, he said: "The late former Iranian President, Sayyed Ibrahim Raisi, was a great asset to Iran, and Palestine was in his heart."
He added: "This life is a life of giving, and we salute this great man who held sensitive positions throughout his life. In all his positions, Ayatollah Sayyed Raisi remained unchanged."
Sheikh Qassem added: "Sayyed Raisi always asked about the resistance in the region and its leader, the master of the nation's martyrs, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and he would ask for details."
He pointed out that "the late Sayyed Raisi was one of the most important supporters of the resistance in Lebanon, and Palestine was in the heart and mind of the late Raisi, and the resistance was, for him, the hope that he wanted to keep shining."
Qassem considered it "an honor for us to be on the front of honor, the front of resistance, with Palestine, Lebanon, Islamic Iran, and all honorable resistance fighters in the region."
He pointed out that "Martyr Sayyed Raisi worked as a product of Imam Khomeini's seed, under the leadership of Imam Khamenei."
