Enemy media reports: Soldiers refuse to enter Gaza Strip for combat
[18/ May/2025]
Gaza – Saba:
Hebrew media sources revealed on Sunday that a number of soldiers in the enemy Israeli army refused to enter the Gaza Strip for combat.

The official broadcasting authority of the Israeli enemy reported that 11 Israeli soldiers refused to enter the Gaza Strip for combat due to "severe exhaustion" they are suffering from, and now face the threat of being imprisoned.

It added: "In recent days, 11 soldiers from an infantry brigade requested their battalion commander not to enter Gaza due to the extreme fatigue they have endured since the start of ground operations."

According to the same source, the battalion commander threatened the soldiers with 20 days in prison for refusing to follow orders.

The authority reported that the soldiers stated in a message to their commanders: "After 17 rounds of entering Gaza, we have gone through numerous operational incidents, fought for long months, and lost our friends."

This is not the first instance of soldiers in the enemy Israeli army refusing to enter Gaza. There have been many previous cases, the latest of which was last August when around 20 fighters from another infantry brigade asked their commanders not to participate in combat in the Strip, according to the broadcasting authority.

With American and European support, the Israeli enemy has been committing genocide and imposing a suffocating siege on Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in over 173,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, in addition to more than 14,000 missing persons.
