Gaza – SABA:
The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) confirmed on Sunday that children in the Gaza Strip are enduring continuous "Israeli" bombardment and are being deprived of basic goods, essential services, and life-saving care since the start of the genocidal war on the enclave.
In a post on its official X account, the organization warned of the severe deterioration of conditions in Gaza over the past two months due to the "Israeli" blockade and the obstruction of humanitarian aid.
UNICEF stressed the urgent need for humanitarian assistance to enter Gaza and for an immediate ceasefire to be reinstated.
It stated, "The situation in Gaza has drastically deteriorated over the last two months due to the imposed siege and the prevention of humanitarian aid."
With American and European support, the Israeli enemy has been committing genocide and enforcing a suffocating siege on Gaza since October 7, 2023, resulting in over 173,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded—most of them children and women—in addition to more than 14,000 missings persons
