Gaza – Saba:

The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip has confirmed that the Israeli enemy displaced more than 300,000 Palestinians from the northern Gaza Strip, killed more than 200 martyrs, and destroyed 1,000 housing units in the past 48 hours.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the Media Office considered what is happening in the Gaza Strip "a new crime added to the occupation's bloody record."

It noted that "more than 300,000 citizens have been forcibly displaced to the already stricken Gaza City, which lacks any infrastructure to accommodate this massive number of forcibly displaced persons."

The Office said, "Thousands of families are homeless in the streets, especially on al-Jalaa Street and al-Saftawi area, threatening a complex humanitarian disaster with a lack of even the most basic necessities of life, including food, water, and medicine, amidst a stifling siege and continuous bombardment."

It pointed out that "140 martyrs remain under the rubble as a result of the enemy army's deliberate prevention of ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching the bombardment sites in northern Gaza. This is a complex crime that represents a clear violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions, which stipulate the protection of civilians and the facilitation of rescue operations in times of war."

The media office stated that the Zionist enemy army is directly and systematically targeting all moving objects in northern Gaza, including individuals, vehicles, and rescue crews, turning the area into an open and systematic killing scene.

It reported that the Zionist enemy's drones focused on burning hundreds of tents designated for sheltering displaced persons in the Tal al-Zaatar area of Jabalia camp, in Beit Lahia, and other areas in the northern Gaza Strip, amid suspicious international silence and actual complicity in the ongoing genocide.

The Office warned of the continued "systematic killing," ongoing genocide, and the "shameful" international silence, stressing that what is happening in the northern Gaza Strip is "a crime of ethnic cleansing and an ongoing, full-fledged genocide, being committed in full view of the world."

It called for "immediate, effective, and urgent international intervention to halt the escalating massacres and put an end to the systematic genocide, and to send international teams to rescue the wounded and recover the martyrs."

The Office demanded the immediate opening of the Gaza Strip's crossings to humanitarian, relief, and medical aid, and to hold the occupation leaders accountable for these crimes in competent international courts.

It considered the silence on what is happening in the Gaza Strip to be a green light for the continuation of mass killing.

The Government Media Office in Gaza held the Israeli enemy and the countries involved in the Genocide, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, bear full responsibility for this ethnic cleansing.

It also held "the international community morally and humanitarianly responsible for this inability or complicity" in the genocide and systematic killing taking place in the Gaza Strip.
