The Women's Authority in Ibb province organized a stand in the center of the province in solidarity with Gaza and to commemorate "Tanomah" massacre against Yemeni pilgrims.
Participants in the stand reaffirmed the unwavering stance of the Yemeni people in supporting the oppressed in Gaza Strip as a religious, moral, humanitarian commitment that reflects the authenticity and courage of the Yemeni people.
A statement issued during the stand emphasized that the American aggression has failed to influence Yemen’s steadfast position in standing with Gaza.
It clarified that commemorating Tanomah massacre against Yemeni pilgrims serves as a reminder of that horrific tragedy and crime, which the Saudi regime has attempted to erase over the past decades. The statement noted that this crime, which led to the martyrdom of nearly 3,000 Yemeni pilgrims, is clear evidence of the criminality of the Saudi regime and its deep-seated hatred and hostility toward the Yemeni people.
The statement hailed Yemen’s continued steadfastness in supporting the Palestinian people and called for the escalation of military operations against the Zionists, as well as the continuation of mobilization activities, events, stands, and marches in solidarity with Gaza.
It also praised the resilience and steadfastness of the people of Gaza despite the crimes, destruction, and starvation they endure, as well as the heroic feats achieved by the resistance fighters in their confrontation against the Zionist entity.
