Occupied Quds - Saba:
The Zionist occupation forces demolished today, Saturday, residential houses in Nur Shams camp, east of Tulkarm, amid the ongoing aggression that has continued for 91 days.
Local sources told the Palestinian News Agency that the enemy forces demolished three houses in the Manshiya neighborhood of the camp, accompanied by the sound of massive explosions and heavy smoke rising across the area.
This escalation follows continued demolition operations targeting residential buildings and houses in the camp, particularly in the Manshiya, Slaughterhouse, Mosque, Clinic, and Martyrs neighborhoods. This is part of the occupation’s plan, announced 10 days ago, to demolish 106 houses and buildings in the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, including 48 structures in Nur Shams.
According to local estimates, the number of buildings demolished by Zionist bulldozers last week reached 15, including residential apartments. The houses had been evacuated by their residents after prior coordination, forcibly displacing them during the ongoing aggression.
The aggression has led to the forced displacement of over 4,200 families from the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, comprising more than 25,000 citizens. Over 400 houses have been completely destroyed, and 2,573 partially damaged. Additionally, the entrances and alleys of the camps have been blocked with earthen barriers, turning them into isolated areas devoid of life.
