[10/ May/2025]
Hajjah - Saba:
The Local Water Corporation, the branches of the electricity corporation, and the rural water projects and water resources authority in Hajjah organized an event to commemorate the anniversary of the Sarkha (Cry) against the arrogant powers.

The event was attended by Province Undersecretary Mohammed Al-Qadi, directors of the Local Water Corporation (Engineer Amin Al-Maghles), the Electricity Corporation branches (Abdulrahman Thabet), and the Water Resources Authority (Ismail Al-Mahdi).

Abdullah Miyah, Dean of the Quran Sciences University branch in Hajjah, described the Sarkha as a slogan for the free people of the world. He emphasized that it represents a revivalist project aimed at building a dignified nation capable of defeating global tyranny and arrogance, while also helping to remove fear from people's hearts.

He elaborated on the significance of the slogan launched by the martyr leader, Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, as an effective weapon with profound impacts and results. He highlighted its role in awakening a sedated and submissive nation to confront tyrannical forces and leaders of disbelief.

Miyah stressed the importance of internal reform, adhering to divine guidance , the Prophetic path, and improving services to alleviate citizens' suffering to achieve success.

The event was also attended by deputy directors of the Electricity Corporation branch (Khaled Hameed) and the Local Water Corporation (Ibrahim Hammoud), along with department heads.

Engineer Mohammed Abdulwadood, Technical Director at the Water Corporation, underscored the slogan's importance in confronting the enemies of Islam—the sources of terrorism, chaos, and criminality: the U.S. and Israel.

He highlighted the martyr leader's role in launching the Sarkha slogan as part of the great Quranic project to revive the nation after it had fallen into weakness, dependency, humiliation, and submission.

He noted that the Quranic project exposed the falsehoods of the enemies early on, revealing the truth about criminal, bloodthirsty regimes and their malicious goals before the Arab world became aware. It also corrected many misconceptions and debunked deceptive slogans.

He emphasized that this year's commemoration comes amid critical developments, including Israeli escalation against Gaza and the U.S. aggression on Yemen, which ended in a humiliating defeat and failure to achieve its objectives.
