The Government Media Office in Gaza stated in its latest report that the Israeli enemy has dropped 100,000 tons of explosives since the start of its genocide 19 months ago, resulting in the killing or disappearance of over 62,000 Palestinians and the commission of more than 12,000 massacres.
The report, published on Telegram, details key statistics of Israel’s war of extermination from October 7, 2023, to May 8 2025.
1. Massacres & Casualties
- 100,000+ tons of explosives dropped on Gaza.
- 62,000+ Palestinians killed or missing, including 10,000+ still under rubble.
- 12,000+ massacres committed, including 11,926 against Palestinian families.
- 2,200 families completely wiped out, erasing 6,350 people from civil records.
2. Desecration of Graves & Mass Burials
- 2,300 bodies stolen from Gaza cemeteries.
- 7 mass graves dug inside hospitals, with 529 bodies recovered so far.
3. Health Catastrophe
- 2.1 million cases of infectious diseases due to forced displacement and collapsed healthcare.
- 71,338 hepatitis infections recorded.
- 60,000 pregnant women at risk, 350,000 chronic patients without medicine.
4. Destruction of Infrastructure
- Housing: 210,000 homes completely destroyed, 110,000 severely damaged, 180,000 partially damaged – leaving 280,000 families homeless.
- Healthcare:164 medical facilities destroyed, including 38 hospitals and 81 clinics, plus 144 ambulances and 54 civil defense vehicles targeted.
- Education: 143 schools completely destroyed, 366 partially damaged, 785,000+ students deprived of education, 13,000+ students, 800 teachers, and 150 professors killed.
- Agriculture: 92% of farmland destroyed, 85% of greenhouses ruined, vegetable production dropped from 405,000 tons/year to 49,000 tons.
- Water & Electricity: 719 wells, 330,000 meters of water networks, 655,000 meters of sewage systems, 3,780 km of power lines, and 2,105 transformers destroyed.
5. Cultural & Humanitarian Destruction
- 828 mosques completely destroyed, 167 partially damaged, 3 churches targeted, 19 out of 60 cemeteries destroyed.
- 66 aid facilities attacked, including 29 soup kitchens and 37 aid distribution centers.
- 37,400 aid and fuel trucks blocked since the total closure of crossings over two months ago.
6. Economic Losses
- Direct losses exceed $42 billion, including $1.25 billion in agriculture alone.
- 100% of Gaza’s fishing industry destroyed.
With U.S. support, Israel has committed genocidal crimes in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving:
- Over 172,000 Palestinians dead or wounded (mostly women and children).
- More than 11,000 missing.
- Total collapse of all vital sectors, from healthcare to education and infrastructure.
The report underscores the unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe and calls for urgent international intervention.
