The Zionist enemy continues to detain the Palestinian young man Samer Muhammad Hoji (37 years old) from Tulkarm after re-arresting him last April. His detention has been extended to examine the possibility of transferring him to administrative detention.
The Prisoners' Media Office said in a statement on Friday: "Despite his cancer and severe hearing loss, the enemy continues to detain Hoji."
It explained that Hoji had undergone radiation therapy before his arrest for a tumor in his back, but the disease returned. According to medical reports, he is in dire need of urgent treatment that cannot be provided inside the occupation's prisons.
