Sana'a (Saba) – Ambassador Ismail Al-Mutawakel, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for International Cooperation, accompanied by the United Nations Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator in Yemen, Julien Harneis, visited Sana'a International Airport today.
Al-Mutawakel and Harneis were briefed on the extent of the damage to the airport's infrastructure as a result of the Israeli aggression, which resulted in the destruction of its buildings, halls, main runway, control tower, electrical systems, radars, navigation equipment, and civilian aircraft.
