The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned Ecuador's decision to reopen an innovation and entrepreneurship office with diplomatic status in Al-Quds.
In a statement issued Thursday, the organization affirmed that this step constitutes a flagrant violation of United Nations resolutions, most notably UN Security Council Resolution 478, which calls on states to withdraw their diplomatic missions from Jerusalem and not to recognize it as the capital of the occupying entity.
