Doctors Without Borders (MSF) said that Palestinians are being killed and injured en masse, and Israeli forces are intensifying their attacks across the Gaza Strip.
In press statements on Thursday, the organization stressed that the lack of accountability is shocking, as more lives are lost every day.
It added: "We are suffering from a shortage of essential supplies and the fuel needed to maintain our medical response."
Since March 18, the Zionist enemy has resumed its war of extermination in Gaza, reneging on a 58-day ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement with Hamas, brokered by Qatar and Egypt and supported by the United States.
With American support, the Israeli enemy army has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 171,000 dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 14,000 missing.
