The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said that the Al-Bureij massacre was a heinous war crime that requires the prosecution of the Zionist enemy's leaders in international courts and their trial as war criminals.
The movement explained in a statement: "In a new crime added to the black record of the criminal Zionist occupation, the enemy army committed a heinous massacre by bombing a school housing displaced persons in the Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 18 martyrs and dozens of wounded.
