The body of martyr Muhammad Ahmed Al-Masabi, who fell while performing his duty in the battle to defend the homeland against the forces of American-Zionist aggression, was laid to rest today in Al-Qanawis District, Al-Hodeida province.
The funeral procession, led by District Director Muhammad Al-Quzi, the martyr’s family, his comrades, and residents of the area, expressed their pride and honor in the sacrifices of the martyrs and their heroic stand in the nation’s battle against American-Zionist occupation.
Attendees vowed to follow the path of the martyrs, continue their steadfastness, and emphasized that the blood of the free is the fuel for victory in the battle for freedom and sovereignty. They affirmed that the Yemeni people’s loyalty to the martyrs goes beyond funeral rites, manifesting in the continued resistance until every inch of Yemen is liberated from the invaders.
The procession began at Al-Dahi checkpoint, where the martyr’s body was transported to Al-Quziyah area in Al-Quzi village, his hometown. A large official and public funeral prayer was held before he was laid to rest in the Martyrs’ Garden (Rawdat Al-Shuhada) in Al-Qanawis city.
