The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Saturday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 52,495 and 118,366 wounded since October 7, 2023.
In its daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, it stated that "77 martyrs (including 7 recovered martyrs) and 275 wounded arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 48 hours."
It indicated that the death toll from the Israeli aggression since March 18, 2025, has reached 2,396 martyrs and 6,325 wounded.
It stated that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulance and civil defense crews.
