A training course for employees of the Environmental Awareness Center at the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund began on Saturday in the Capital Secretariat, focusing on digital communication skills and improving awareness campaigns.
The two-day course, organized by the center, aims to equip 30 trainees with digital communication skills and enhance their social media outreach in the field of public cleanliness and positive environmental behavior. It also seeks to implement electronic awareness campaigns targeting broader segments of society.
Muhammad Sharaf al-Din, the Executive Director of the Cleanliness Fund, emphasized the commitment to supporting specialized activities that enhance the efficiency of the center’s staff in environmental awareness through social media platforms, which serve as a pivotal tool for reaching a wide audience and promoting positive community behaviors.
During the opening ceremony—attended by Ibrahim al-Sarabi, Director of the Cleanliness Project in the Secretariat, and Abdullah al-Fa'iq, Director of the Media Office—Sharaf al-Hamzi, Director of the Environmental Awareness Center, explained that the course, which includes both theoretical and practical components, is part of the center’s plan to qualify the awareness team in line with modern developments in publishing and engagement.
