Over 3,000 compete for medicine seats at Sana'a University

Sana'a - Saba:

Rector of Sana'a University Dr. Mohammed al-Bukhaiti on Friday launched the entrance and competitive exams for the College of Medicine for the 1447 AH academic year.

Over 3,071 students are competing for 150 seats through electronic testing.

The exams, held in four shifts at the university's Electronic Testing Center, consist of 70 questions with immediate results.

Dr. al-Bukhaiti praised the center's transparency and equal opportunity approach, where 70% of the admission score is based on the competitive exam and 30% on high school results.

He noted the high number of applicants, with 1,711 female and 1,360 male students participating.
