The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Friday that Ukrainian forces suffered approximately 9,740 casualties last week as a result of military operations on various fronts.
In its weekly report on the progress of its military operations in Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry explained that its forces carried out seven concentrated strikes using high-precision weapons and drones, hitting facilities of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, military airfield infrastructure, and ammunition and weapons depots.
The report added that Russian air defenses shot down a Ukrainian Air Force Su-27, 36 JDAM guided bombs, and five HIMARS missiles, in addition to destroying 1,306 drones and three unmanned boats.
The report indicated that the total amount of Ukrainian weapons, equipment, and vehicles destroyed since the start of the military operation amounted to 662 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 54,891 drones, 605 air defense missile systems, 23,117 tanks and other armored vehicles, 1,554 rocket launchers, 24,369 pieces of field artillery and mortars, and 34,874 military vehicles.
