Occupied Quds - Saba:

The Zionist enemy forces continue their aggression on the city of Jenin and its camp for the 101st consecutive day, amidst the deployment of additional military reinforcements toward the camp and its surroundings.

Local sources reported to the Palestinian News Agency that the Zionist enemy forces are continuing to carry out extensive bulldozing and destruction operations inside the camp, aiming to alter its features and structure, while continuing to prevent entry or access to it.

The sources indicated that fears have increased with the recent installation of iron gates by the enemy forces at the camp entrances. Official estimates indicate that all homes and facilities in the camp have been completely or partially damaged as a result of the ongoing aggression and ongoing destruction and bulldozing operations.

Jenin Municipality estimates that 800 housing units in the city were partially damaged, in addition to 15 buildings that have been demolished in the city since the beginning of the aggression, with the majority of the damage concentrated in the eastern neighborhood and the Al-Hadaf neighborhood.

Families from the camp, as well as hundreds of families from the city and surrounding areas, are still being forcibly displaced. Official estimates from Jenin Municipality indicate that the number of displaced persons from the camp and city has exceeded 22,000.

Meanwhile, the economic situation in Jenin is deteriorating, with massive commercial losses recorded as a result of the aggression, which has led to numerous commercial closures and the halt of shopping traffic to and from outside the city.

In addition, bulldozing and destruction of street infrastructure have occurred, and a large number of shops have been damaged.

Since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on the city and camp on January 21, 40 people have been killed, in addition to dozens of injuries and arrests.
