Sana'a - (Saba):
The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning has forecast scattered rain of varying intensity across several governorates over the next 24 hours.
The center reported in its weather bulletin that thunderstorms of varying intensity, sometimes accompanied by hail, are expected in the governorates of Dhale'a, Ibb, Dhamar, Mahwit, Hajjah, Amran, and western Sana'a.
Scattered rain is also likely in parts of the governorates of Taiz, Bayda, and the highlands of Lahj, Abyan, and Shabwah, and may also include parts of the highlands and plains of Tihama.
The center indicated that the amount of rainfall measured at meteorological stations over the past 24 hours was 3 mm in Hajjah and 0.2 mm in Raymah.
Scattered rainfall of varying intensity also fell outside the stations' range in parts of the governorates of Taiz, Dale'a, Raymah, Dhamar, Sana'a, and Amran.
The center warned citizens of thunderstorms, strong downdraft winds, and flash floods in valleys and ravines, advising against crossing or staying in them.
It also warned drivers on mountain roads of reduced visibility due to rain and fog.
