Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal announced that Kyiv and Washington are close to finalizing the final details for signing the mining agreement, expecting it to happen within the next 24 hours.
Smygal said in statements to the Ukrainian Rada TV channel: "Once the final details are worked out, I hope the agreement will be signed within the next 24 hours."
