A speech event was held on Wednesday in Jahana district, Sana'a province, to mark the anniversary of *The Scream* under the title: "The Scream in the Face of the Arrogant is a Weapon and a Stance."
During the event, Talaab Dahhan, the province Undersecretary for Education and Youth, emphasized that the slogan of The Scream has exposed the enemies of the nation and reinforced the principles of Arabism and Islam in the hearts of the honorable.
He explained that the slogan would not have emerged had it not been for the state of submission, humiliation, and defeat inflicted upon the nation by the schemes of global arrogance, aimed at exploiting the resources of peoples , stripping them of their intellectual and cognitive freedoms.
Dahhan reviewed the stages of the slogan’s emergence, the accompanying suffering and resilience, as well as the local , international pressures and serious attempts to eliminate it. He affirmed that the courageous and steadfast stance of the martyred leader, Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, was the unshakable rock upon which all failed attempts were shattered.
He also highlighted the current reality, where the slogan serves as both a weapon and a stance against American arrogance , Zionist insolence, amid the complicity of Arab , Islamic regimes that normalize relations and their shameful silence in the face of the Zionist-American massacres committed against the Palestinian and Yemeni peoples.
Meanwhile, Saleh al-Husni, the Mobilization Officer in the district, pointed out the significance of commemorating this anniversary amid the ongoing challenges facing the nation due to the American aggression, which supports and backs the usurping Zionist entity.
He called for the practical application of the slogan in the field, raising combat readiness, and full preparedness for any confrontation or escalation targeting the homeland, its security, sovereignty, and independence.
