Israeli artillery, other bombing leaves tens of civilians killed in Gaza

Israeli warplanes continued their bombardment of various areas in the Gaza Strip on the 44th day of the resumption of hostilities, leaving a large number of Palestinian martyrs and wounded.

Palestinian media outlets, citing Palestinian medical sources, reported that 38 Palestinian civilians had been killed and dozens wounded since dawn on Tuesday.

The media added that Israeli artillery shelled most of the eastern areas of the Gaza Strip, from Rafah to the eastern villages of Khan Younis, to the eastern central region, passing through the eastern neighborhoods of Gaza, and reaching eastern Jabalia and Beit Hanoun.

In the central Gaza Strip, three Palestinian civilians were killed and several others wounded in an Israeli bombardment that targeted an apartment belonging to the Hamdan family in Camp 2 in Nossairat.

Three Palestinian civilians were also killed when the Israeli enemy bombed the home of the Ahmed family in the new Nossairat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

A martyr and several missing persons were also killed when a residential home belonging to the Abu Jriban family was targeted near the Al-Sawarah School, southwest of the Nossairat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

An Israeli drone bombed the Ein Jalut towers in the Nossairat camp, killing the child Moamen Abu Madin and the citizen Mohammed Abu Madin.

A young man, Mohammed Al-Lulu "Al-Shahari," was killed when the Israeli enemy bombed a house in Block 3 in the Al-Boraij camp in the central Gaza Strip.

One person was injured when the enemy bombed the home of the Abu Hassanein family in the Bishara neighborhood of Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip.

In the southern Gaza Strip, a martyr and several others were injured when an Israeli bombardment targeted a house in Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Younis.

On Tuesday evening, the Israeli occupation army targeted a tent for displaced persons on Al-Istabil Street in the Mawasi area of Khan Younis, killing six citizens, including three children. This brings the death toll in the governorate to approximately twenty within 24 hours.

The Israeli occupation army continued to destroy residential areas and expand the Morag axis north of Rafah city.

In Gaza and the north, six martyrs were killed within 24 hours. Citizens recovered the bodies of two martyrs from enemy shelling around the Friday Market in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Three martyrs were killed in shelling in the Al-Sha'af neighborhood, east of the city, while citizen Muhammad Abed was killed as a result of Israeli shelling of a group of citizens in the Al-Sha'af area in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of the city.

Two martyrs were killed in shelling by an Israeli drone on the town of Beit Hanoun.

Five Palestinian citizens were killed as a result of Israeli enemy targeting of a group of citizens in the Sha'sha'a area, east of Jabalia.

The Ministry of Health stated in its daily report that 51 martyrs, including one who was recovered, and 113 injuries were admitted to hospitals in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours. The death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 52,365 martyrs and 117,905 wounded since October 7, 2023.

The death toll and injuries since March 18, 2025, have reached 2,273 martyrs and 5,864 wounded.
