The Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" stressed that Israel’s ongoing crimes and intensified airstrikes in Gaza "represent a blatant challenge from the criminal enemy government to the international community", particularly as the International Court of Justice (ICJ) convenes today to discuss Israel’s obligations toward the Palestinian people.
In a statement issued Monday, Hamas emphasized that Israel’s disregard for international law, the United Nations, and its institutions—alongside the insistence of "war criminal Netanyahu’s government" to continue its brutal genocide in Gaza—necessitates "urgent and decisive international action to stop it."
Hamas called for "deterring Israeli terrorism and fascism", holding war criminals accountable for their crimes against humanity, and supporting the Palestinian people’s right to freedom and self-determination.
