Moscow - Saba: The Sultanate of Oman and Russia affirmed their support for international efforts to achieve an immediate and sustainable ceasefire in Gaza and ensure the delivery of urgent humanitarian aid to civilians.
A joint statement issued on the occasion of the visit of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman to Moscow and his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that, in order to strengthen the ties between the two countries, the two sides held an official session of talks during which they affirmed their commitment to continuing to develop bilateral cooperation in various fields and the importance of building on what has been achieved.
