Sa'ada University and the University Student Forum organized an awareness seminar entitled "Khawlani Coffee: Authenticity and Quality", coinciding with the National Day of Yemeni Coffee, in the presence of the University Secretary General, Alawi Kabbas.
The seminar discussed the importance of the coffee tree and the role of society in planting and caring for it. It also reviewed several research papers that focused on the quality of Yemeni coffee, its marketing prospects, and its importance in supporting the agricultural sector and improving national income.
The participants discussed the reality of Yemeni coffee production in light of global competition, in addition to the stages of its cultivation and marketing, while emphasizing the need to expand its cultivation and improve its quality, due to its great economic impact and promising future.
