An expanded meeting in Amran Governorate, chaired by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Judge Mujahid Ahmed Abdullah, discussed the level of performance in the Court of Appeal and the courts of first instance in the governorate.
The meeting, which was attended by several judges and officials, dealt with ways to achieve justice and redress, in addition to the rehabilitation and restoration of the judicial complex damaged by the aggression, with a proposal to remove the damaged lofts to ensure safety.
The attendees stressed the importance of finding urgent solutions to provide buildings for courts and rehabilitate those affected by them, with the need to accelerate the completion of stalled cases and to archive judgments electronically to enhance the efficiency of judicial work.
The Minister of Justice pointed to the importance of continuous follow-up from filing cases until issuing judgments, stressing work to address existing problems to ensure improved judicial performance.
