The Office of Economy, Industry, and Investment in Sana'a Governorate launched the control plan in several directorates in preparation for Ramadan 1446 AH. The inauguration included a field visit to markets and shops to monitor prices and control violations, with an awareness campaign to boycott American and Israeli products.
The director of the office, Fahd Al-Gharbani, stressed the importance of the commitment of the monitoring teams to responsibility and ethics, praising the role of local councils and security agencies in supporting the campaign. He also called on citizens to cooperate and report violations.
Aziz al-Khoulani, deputy director of industry, stressed the need for traders to publicize prices, especially Ramadan products, and to provide quality goods that meet the needs of consumers.
